Relax & Reset: Full Moon Sound Bath Held under the illuminating energy of the Full Moon in Taurus, Relax & Reset is a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you release what is no longer yours to carry, shift your frequency and reset your nervous system. As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes and shamanic drum. These soothing sounds and frequencies will help calm the mind, release tension from the body and create space for stillness, presence and restoration. Whether you’re feeling stressed, burnt out, overwhelmed or simply in need of a moment to pause, this experience offers a gentle opportunity to ground, recharge and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive community environment. No experience is necessary. Simply bring yourself and allow the sound to do the work.
