Through guided self-inquiry and meditation, we move beyond thought into clarity, awareness and the direct experience of who we really are. A gentle, practical half-day for anyone whose mind rarely switches off. What you'll explore: • Self-inquiry (Atma Vichara) meditation • Practices to quiet overthinking and mental noise • Resting in clear, open awareness • Simple practices to keep using at home Open to everyone, from complete beginners to regular meditators and BIYOME students.
