With more than 25 years in nursing, including emergency care and leadership, Karen knows what it looks like to be capable, successful and holding everything together on the outside, while quietly knowing something needs to change. Her work brings together human behaviour, language, identity and practical tools for creating real change. She’s passionate about helping women stop living by old patterns, expectations and other people’s rules, and start trusting themselves enough to choose what they actually want.
