{CAIRNS HUB} Weaving for Wellbeing

Weaving is a fun and creative process that enhances natural Wellbeing. No experience- no worries! Come sit, create and share stories and Weave for Wellbeing. Facilitated by our Hub Navigator Rachel (Raye) and rooted in her Indigenous heritage of gathering, creating and connecting through weaving, this space offers a chance to slow down, ease the mind and simply be alongside others. No experience needed, just bring yourself. All those who support others are welcome! Wednesday September 16th | 10:30am–12:00pm and Wednesday September 30th | 10:30am-12:00pm Wellways Carer Gateway Hub | 141-143 Abbott st, Cairns (Next to city library) RSVP's are essential so we can make sure we have enough materials to accomodate everyone. *Carer Gateway is a national support service funded by the Australian Government. It provides free services for anyone caring for a family member or friend who has a disability, mental health condition, chronic health condition, terminal illness, or is frail aged.
