Each class introduces one or two somatic skills, with guided time to practice, notice what arises in the body, and gently process the experience. This is an educational and reflective class designed to build awareness, capacity, and confidence in using somatic practices in everyday life. The Circle meets every fortnight in Wednesdays, entry at 3:45pm for prompt start at 4pm to 5:30pm
