Welcome, I see this event has found you, yet will you take a leap of faith to dive into the depths of your being, to be held in a safe container so that you may express who you are and explore just how expansive you can be. This workshop intends to be a space you can come to, be curious about who you are, drop into the body through a guided meditation, feel the life force energy within you as we connect to our breath, ground into yourself and the earth so that we may then move freely and expansively through the space outside of us, the space that we are. ARRIVAL 6.20PM with a prompt 6.30PM START (additional 15 minutes for tea and connection after) $15 CONCESSION $20 STANDARD - CASH ONLY upon arrival Please note RSVP bookings that do not attend will be flagged for future events if not communicated/ or continuous.
