This is a space to be welcomed in your fullness, as you embody the practice of self regulation, self love in action, taking up space as you were always meant to do. Becoming intimate with the natural cycle of emotion we all experience, and the ability to move mindfully up the emotional scale to feel better and better...learning the process of accepting the moments when we dip out and feel not so good. No need to panic, it's all part of the natural cycle...and from there, allowing yourself to connect to homeostasis again. Naturally finding our way up the emotional scale, little by little, mindfully, lovingly, accepting every step as it is. Empower yourself, by embodying the process!
