BREATHE MELBOURNE | SUMMER LAUNCH PARTY

Australia’s largest wellness festival is back to launch you right into summer! Breathe Melbourne is a one day large scale wellness festival designed to bring people together through movement, recovery, music, and real human connection. This is not a retreat. It’s not a class. It’s a full day experience built around feeling good in your body, clearing your head, and reconnecting with the people around you. A space to reset, recharge, and step out of the noise without switching off from life. On Saturday December 12th, we will be launching you into summer! On the day, expect: • Large scale ice bath zones and expansive sauna setups, supported by experienced hot and cold immersion coaches • Guided breathwork, yoga, sound healing, and holistic wellness experiences throughout the day • High energy movement sessions including fitness, HIIT, mobility, and community led activations • Live DJs and immersive sound experiences across the festival • Dedicated chill out and connection zones to pause, unwind, and meet like minded people • A huge indoor main stage featuring some of Melbourne’s leading facilitators, combined with an outdoor experience zone packed with ice baths, saunas, music, and community activations Everything is designed to be flexible. Get involved, explore what interests you, or simply take it all in at your own pace. Breathe Melbourne isn’t about performance or pretending to be something you’re not. It’s about showing up, feeling good, and being part of something that brings people together in a powerful way. Come solo or bring your crew. Leave feeling clear, energised, and connected. This is where it starts. Be part of something bigger than just an event.
