Breathe & Be: Carer Reset Retreat

As we move towards the busyness of the end of the year, the demands often seem to grow while our own cup gets a little emptier. Appointments, school transitions, end-of-year events, planning, advocating, Christmas, family commitments... all while continuing to hold everything that caring already asks of us. The Carer Reset Retreat is a half-day opportunity to intentionally step away from all of that for a few hours — to pause, rest, reset and reconnect with yourself. Each month, Niina also invites a guest facilitator to share a short, practical workshop, offering different tools, information or experiences that may support carers in their everyday lives.
