Torquay Beach Yoga 🌊 Start your Sunday morning by the sea with Journey Within Wellbeing at beautiful Cosy Corner, Torquay. This 60-minute outdoor morning yoga flow brings together mindful movement, breath and moments of stillness, with the sand beneath you, fresh ocean air and the sound of the waves around you. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, everyone is welcome. Move at your own pace, take what you need, and enjoy starting your Sunday outdoors. Beach & Weather Conditions Our intention is to practice on the beach. If the tide or sand conditions aren't suitable, we'll move to the nearby grassed foreshore. As an outdoor experience, classes are weather dependent. If conditions are unsafe and a class needs to be cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted and offered a transfer to another session or a refund.
