Full description from organizerShow less
Join us to pause, release and restore at this full moon meditation circle. Tap into the peak energy of the full moon to pause, breathe and let go. Under the illumination of the lunar cycle where the moon's energy is at its peak, this is the perfect time to release what no longer serves you to make space for the new. We will write down on a piece of paper what it is you would like to release then we will do a heart opening and grounding meditation to clear out all old habits, fears, resentments or stressful patterns you are ready to let go.
