That's why we created The Reset Club. Each session begins with a guided meditation, giving you the opportunity to settle in and turn your attention inward. Paula then moves around the room, offering intuitive energy healing while you relax and receive. You'll also experience Paula's handcrafted flower essences, carefully selected to complement the session and support emotional wellbeing. You don't need to have experienced energy healing, meditation or flower essences before. There's nothing you need to know or do. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself an hour to pause.
