A small, closed 6-week group for professionals running on empty. Mondays 6:30–8 pm in Burleigh Heads, from 2 November. Beyond Burnout™ | 6-Week Group Psychotherapy Program You’re still showing up. Still delivering. Still the one everyone relies on. But underneath, you’re exhausted in a way a weekend off doesn’t touch, and “I’ll slow down once things settle” hasn’t happened yet. Beyond Burnout is a small group for professionals who are tired of just coping. Over six Monday evenings, you’ll meet with the same group of people who understand what it’s like to carry a lot. Together, we’ll look at what’s been keeping you running on empty, practise simple ways to help a stressed body settle, and explore what you might like to do differently, at a pace that feels right for you.
