Sunset Sound & Breath is a gentle, grounding 60-minute experience on the sand designed to help you slow down, release stress and reconnect with yourself, with others and with nature. Held at sunset, with the sound of the ocean as our backdrop, it blends breath, stillness and sound to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. What to Expect Conscious Breathing – Simple, accessible breathing practices to arrive in your body and calm the mind. Guided Meditation – A short guided meditation to ground, set intention and open space for rest and presence. Sound Healing Journey – A deeply soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls, inviting your body into a state of rest and integration. Connection Moment – A brief, gentle connection exercise to meet others beyond names or professions. Suitable for all levels. No previous experience with meditation, breathwork or sound healing is required.
