Resin Workshop – Gold Coast | Cheese Board Workshop

Join our Resin Workshop at Messy Moo and make a splash in the world of resin art. This fun-filled creative workshop is a great way to gather friends and learn how to create not one, but two unique ocean-inspired resin cheese boards. Carolyn will guide you step-by-step, teaching resin pouring and ocean-effect techniques to create crisp white waves and beautiful coastal colours. You’ll begin by practising on a test board to build confidence, before moving on to creating your final serving board. Your finished piece is perfect for serving cheese, biscuits, or fruit at social gatherings and is guaranteed to be a standout at your next event. The workshop runs for approximately 2.5 hours and is designed to be beginner-friendly, with clear guidance throughout. What You’ll Create During the workshop, you’ll: • Create two resin pieces (a test board and a final resin cheese board) • Learn resin pouring and ocean-effect techniques • Explore colour blending, movement, and layered designs • Be guided through the full process in a relaxed and supportive setting Each board is completely unique and designed to be both functional and eye-catching. What’s Included All materials are included, along with safety equipment and aprons. Please note that resin does not wash out of clothing, so we recommend wearing old clothes or using the aprons provided. Your resin pieces will remain in the studio to cure and will be ready for collection approximately one week after the workshop. Postage can be arranged for an additional fee if required. Please note: This workshop is suitable for teens and above, however it is not suitable for pregnant women due to the materials used. This workshop is ideal for beginners, creative teens, friends seeking something unique, couples, and groups celebrating birthdays or hen’s parties. For private group bookings, a minimum of 8 guests applies. Spots are limited.
