The Yoga Pyjama Party at Dust Temple

The Yoga Pyjama Party is your invitation to step out of the rush for a couple of hours, get ridiculously comfortable and let yourself be looked after. Come in your pyjamas, your favourite soft clothes or whatever makes you feel most like yourself. Bring your yoga mat, cushions, blankets and anything else you need to create your own cosy little nest in Dust Temple's beautiful covered open-air space. Then settle in. Over the afternoon, we'll move through gentle, restorative yoga with plenty of options to suit your body on the day. You might explore slow movement and supported yin-inspired shapes, or you might decide that what you really need is to lie down, close your eyes and simply listen. There is no right way to experience the Yoga Pyjama Party — only your way. As the movement softens, Eva's live-looped vocals gradually build around the space, layering voice and sound into an immersive sound bath designed to help you settle deeply into rest. Rather than a recorded soundtrack, the soundscape is created live in the moment — voice upon voice, harmony upon harmony — making every Yoga Pyjama Party a little different. The human voice has an extraordinary ability to soothe and connect us. Combined with gentle movement, breath, stillness and the feeling of resting together, the experience becomes something that can be difficult to put into words. Warm. Cocoon-like. Nourishing. Magical. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this is your permission to do less. To pause. To breathe. To rest. And when you eventually emerge from your nest, there'll be homemade chai with plant milk, seasonal fruit and delicious sweet treats waiting for you, with time to linger and connect before heading back into the world. Then head home, stay in your pyjamas and make absolutely no plans for the rest of your Sunday. Location & Time The Dust Temple — Currumbin, Gold Coast Sunday 27 September 2–4pm We'll be gathering for this special open-air edition of The Yoga Pyjama Party at Dust Temple, Currumbin's much-loved creative space, in a beautiful covered, open-sided area — sheltered overhead while still letting in the fresh air and atmosphere of the outdoors. Doors open at 2pm, giving you time to choose your spot, build your nest, grab some chai and settle in. The guided experience will begin at approximately 2.15pm and finish at 4pm. What to Bring This is a BYO cosy nest edition of The Yoga Pyjama Party. Bring your: • Yoga mat • Favourite cushion or pillow • Blanket • Bolster or yoga blocks if you have them (they're completely optional) • Water bottle • Comfiest clothes or pyjamas You don't need fancy yoga equipment and you don't need to be flexible or experienced. Bring what you have, make yourself comfortable and we'll take care of the rest. Chai, seasonal fruit, nourishing snacks and sweet treats will be available before and after the experience. About Eva Eva Michelle is the founder of The Yoga Pyjama Party, a yoga educator and musician who creates immersive wellbeing experiences combining movement, meditation, vocal toning and live-looped sound. With more than a decade of teaching experience and a lifetime immersed in music, Eva's work is centred around creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can soften, reconnect and experience rest without feeling they have to earn it.
