EVENT AGENDA 2:30 pm – 2:55 pm | Department of Health, Disability and Ageing Learn about My Aged Care and the new Support at Home program, including eligibility pathways, available supports, how to apply, and where to access further information and assistance. Includes time for questions. 2:55 pm – 3:20 pm | Kieser exercise physiologist Explore the relationship between strength, independence and healthy ageing. Learn practical strategies to maintain physical capacity, confidence and independence for longer.
