Carers Sound Therapy and Relaxation

1-hour class with Lauren from Nourishing Harmony Participants will be taken on a personal journey of relaxation as they are immersed in the soothing soundscape of vibrations from singing bowls, gong, drums and chimes. This activity is intended to offer capability, opportunity and development to informal carers in the broader carer community. Carers who are registered with our centre and accessing peer support, group and therapeutic support will be given priority.
