Connect Under the Full Moon

Gather for some Full Moon Magic by the water - Meditation | Journaling | Reiki Energy Healing Gather for some Full Moon Magic by the water. Join me for a soul-nourishing evening of meditation, journalling, energy healing and connection. This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your intentions and the women around you. A space to slow down, breathe deeply, reflect on where you are and make space for what you want to let go of and release. What to expect: • Guided meditation • Reflective journaling • Group Reiki Energy Healing • Cyclical wisdom • Full Moon releasing ritual • And more! Come alone or bring a friend – either way you’ll be warmly welcomed. No prior experience is needed, and women of all ages and life stages are invited to join. Your time and energy are valuable, and dedicating this time to yourself will allow you to reset and connect with nature. Expect to feel nurtured, supported, empowered and connected. Come as you are and leave a little lighter and more connected. Please bring something to lie on and something to write on (journal/notebook etc). Given this is an outdoor event, I suggest you bring/wear layers - feel free to bring whatever is going to help you keep cosy and comfortable.
