No previous practice change experience is needed – just a desire to ask questions and a motivation to turn ideas into action. Come along to understand how to: • Develop a question for a clinical issue you and your colleagues want to address. • Work collaboratively to develop the best approach to explore your practice change idea. • Understand key elements to successfully progress your clinical idea.
