Grace over Guilt with The Centre for Positive Psychology

Do you ever feel guilty about losing your patience after a long day? About needing five minutes alone and feeling bad for wanting it. About the washing pile, the missed school notice or the takeaway dinner because you just couldn't do one more thing. If any of that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you are not failing. Join us for brunch at Mini Me Mango as we come together with other mums to talk honestly about mum guilt and learn some simple ways to be kinder to ourselves. The Centre for Positive Psychology are providing this session for us free of charge just for Social Mums Club Mums. Join us for brunch, this amazing session and connection with other lovely local Mums. Children are welcome but if you'd like some time to just focus on yourself that is very much encouraged.
