Join us at The Men Spirit for a safe, structured space where men can explore their emotions, build resilience, and find genuine community. What to Expect: This is a small group gathering (capped at 8 men) facilitated by trained peers. We begin with a brief grounding exercise, followed by check-ins and open sharing based on our Four Dimensions of Wellbeing (Emotions, Beliefs, Relationships, Habits). You share only what you are comfortable sharing; there is no pressure to perform. Who It Is For: Open to all men aged 18 and over. Safety and Boundaries: This is a peer support space, not clinical therapy or crisis intervention.
