Pasifika Movement & Cacao - Full Moon

Pasifika Indigenous Movement, connecting to our ancient rhythms while feeling the interconnectedness to nature and cacao Pasifika Movement & Cacao – Springs bloom and shaping of energy. Spring invites us to soften, move and bloom. Beneath November’s full moon, we gather to shake off the heaviness, reconnect with our bodies and make room for new growth. With the warmth of cacao and the rhythm of Pasifika movement, we honour our roots and turn towards what is ready to blossom. This not as a dance class, but as a ceremony to self and community through our ancestral movements. Polynesian dance movements awaken the vā—the sacred relational space between body, spirit, history, and land. Through movement, we realign with our truth, connect to our ancestry, and honour our breath. This masina atoa (full moon) reminds us to ground our energy while she illuminates what we need to move through. We invite all women and non-binary kin to join us in an evening of Pasifika Movement & Intentional Cacao. Come experience: 🤍 Koko reflections on lineage and letting go 🤍 Understanding le masina and its call to nourish the soul 🤍 Te ha – Breathwork to anchor and release 🤍 Collective storytelling through Pasifika dance Let us move together, recognising our place within a kincentric ecology—a living web of connection—and open ourselves to the cyclical, regenerative rhythms of the moon.
