What is 9D Breathwork? 9D Breathwork is a guided breathwork experience that combines conscious breathing with sound, music, and gentle nervous system support to help you relax, release stress, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. It’s designed to help quiet the busy mind, bring the body into a calmer state, and create space for emotional release, clarity, and grounding all in a safe and supported way What to Expect: A cup of delicious, heart-opening ceremonial cacao. A 15-minute 9D breathwork journey. Space to reflect and set intentions through guided journaling. Connection in circle with like-minded women coming together in presence and community. BYO yoga mat, blanket and journal. If this resonates, we would love to have you to join us. Looking forward to holding space for you, Bec 💕
