Relate

For the last 4 years TheLight has run an event for our audience that's been designed to help people with their mental health. This year, we're planning to reimagine Relate and focus the evening on perimenopause and the many ways it impacts a woman's life. Rather than concentrating solely on mental health, we want to take a holistic look at this season, exploring areas such as physical health, relationships, parenting, emotional wellbeing and spiritual wellbeing. This inspiring evening promises meaningful conversations and practical insights from our incredible guest speakers: Dr Jodi Richardson, Sharon Witt, Dr Sharminder Kaur and Pastor Helen Kobakian. Drawing on their expertise and personal experiences, they will share wisdom to help you and your family thrive emotionally, physically and spiritually. Invest in yourself and the people you love. Together, let's take positive steps towards a healthier, happier future. *Doors open at 7pm If you have any questions about the event or tickets, please send us an email [email protected].
