Beyond Best Social Sessions are free 30-minute coached sessions designed to get you moving, break up your usual routine and bring people together. You might already train regularly and want something social to add to your week. You might be getting back into a routine. Or you might just want to try Beyond Best without committing to anything upfront. Come solo or bring a friend, partner or family member. Each session is coached, suitable for different fitness levels and followed by coffee nearby.
