Yin Yoga + Shiatsu Massage A deeply nourishing space for Women Join Yin Yoga Teacher & Shiatsu Therapist Emma Coutts for a deeply restorative, 75 minute practice designed to regulate your nervous system and nourish the body in the Heart of Spring. While Spring brings a natural surge of new energy, the transition can often feel scattered, leaving us prone to headaches, restlessness, and mental fatigue. This immersion bridges the gap between seasons. It invites you to bring the reflections of Winter forward while grounding the expansive energy of Spring. Give yourself permission to slow down, drop out of the mind, and arrive fully into your body. What to Expect: • Embodied Practice: We will begin by dropping into a somatic, embodied practice designed to anchor your awareness inward, ground your energy, and awaken a deeper connection to your physical self. • Restorative Yin Yoga: You will then be guided through a gentle, Restorative Yin Yoga practice. As you rest into each fully supported shape, Emma will move gently through the space offering Hands on Shiatsu Touch. • Hands-on Shiatsu Touch: While you rest, you will receive therapeutic Shiatsu touch; including gentle acupressure, light stretches, and supportive holds. These traditional bodywork techniques work in perfect harmony with the Restorative Yin Shapes to open the body’s meridians, melt tension, and calm the nervous system. • The Afterglow: Tea on the Patio After our practice, the space remains yours. I will be brewing a warm pot of tea for everyone. You are so welcome to linger, chat, and spend some time relaxing on the lovely back patio and garden, or simply head home whenever you are ready.
