StART with ART - Session 3: Flow & Change

A little less 'getting it right'. A little more space to be curious. If much of your week is spent planning, solving and keeping things on track, this is an invitation to so something without knowing exactly where it will lead. Enjoy colour moving across the page, let yourself experiment and discover what interests you next. Make friends with the unknown. In this 60-minute session with Renae, watercolour pencils and paints offer opportunities to make a mark, add water, wait or change direction. You choose how much structure or freedom feels useful. You may notice that feeling of freedom in the break from problem-solving. Includes a brief mindful arrival and optional reflection. A small group of no more than six participants. No art experience needed. All materials and aprons provided. Keep your work private or share by choice. No previous session required. Newcomers welcome; each session stands alone. This is creative wellbeing, not clinical art therapy. Make room for yourself. Come once or return regularly. Every session is a fresh beginning. Arrival from 6:00am | Session 6:15–7:15am • Please arrive between 6:00 and 6:10am to settle in. • The coworking-space doors lock at 6:15am, and late entry is not available.
