Yin & Breath

A Sunday afternoon to slow down, reconnect and reset. Join Jacqui for 45 minutes of gentle Yin Yoga, followed by 45 minutes of guided Breathwork with Kelly from Consciously Grounded. Set amongst the beautiful bushland of Yarrunga Community Centre, this 90-minute experience is an invitation to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and simply create some space for yourself. Through slow, nourishing Yin postures, you’ll be guided to soften tension, turn your attention inward and reconnect with your body. Kelly will then lead you through a grounding breathwork practice designed to help you settle, release and reconnect with your nervous system. No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. Give yourself permission to slow down, breathe deeply and leave feeling more grounded, spacious and restored. 90 minutes • Yin Yoga • Guided Breathwork • Deep Rest Bring your yoga mat, a blanket, eye mask optional and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
