WHY WE STARTED BREATH & CONNECT We started Breath & Connect as we wanted to bring community, human connection is one of the most powerful things to help us grow and in todays society, we find ourselves becoming more and more disconnected from one another due to the intensity of life. We knew that if we could bring people together, allow our people to let go of the tensions that are holding them back from a full, happy life & also be able to connect with other people, then we would be spreading love, positivity and joy to world which is our number 1 goal. DO YOU NEED EXPERIENCE? Absolutely not. Theres no level of experience required as every individual is met where they're at. We facilitate for newcomers & also also experienced breathers to ensure everyone has the absolute best experience. IS EVERYTHING COMPULSORY? Absolutely not! We encourage you to give every aspect a try but there is zero pressure in having to take part in all aspects of the experience!
