WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS IN A MINDBODY LAB • Arrive and meet the group you're working with today. • Jen guides you through a light warm up. • Jen walks you through a series of easy balance activities. • Jen will ask you to think about a challenge you are facing or have faced. • You’ll have the option to use provided props to physically move through that challenge.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE AWAY FROM A MINDBODY LAB - Increased confidence and self-esteem - Less mum-guilt and a freer headspace - Released endorphins and dopamine to feel better than when you walked in JOIN A MINDBODY LAB When: Sunday 11th October 2026 Where: BeachFit studio, 56 Industrial Drive - off street parking available Cost: $45 per person Wear: Something you can move in, whatever you feel comfortable in. Bare feet, socks or joggers. Bring: A water bottle. Props are provided. Access: the studio is upstairs. MEET JEN Jen Murrell is a registered dance movement therapist with a Master of Creative Arts Therapy from the University of Melbourne. She is a qualified personal trainer and has been teaching dance to normal people for over 20 years.
