Newcastle Community Disability Expo

The expo will feature local disability providers ready to answer your questions, share insights, and provide services to support you with everyday life. This event also offers a fantastic opportunity for providers to network with fellow professionals in the local community. We also thank our state sponsor Scope Disability. Services! There will be a wide range of services and products on display, from allied health and therapy providers, housing solutions, support services and more all aimed at helping you succeed on your journey. The first 200 people on the day will also receive a free barista made coffee, tea or hot chocolate thanks to NDSP! Who Should Attend? - People living with a disability seeking support and resources - Carers and guardians of people living with a disability - Support workers looking for local providers - Disability providers seeking networking opportunities On the Day - Meet with local Disability providers - Information stalls and expert guidance - Networking opportunities for professionals working in the disability industry Getting There & Parking The Newcastle Community Disability Expo is located at Wallsend Diggers 5 Tyrrell Street, Wallsend NSW 2287 Get directions HERE The venue has a three-storey car park which offers over 300 spaces, with additional outdoor parking available for any overflow of vehicles. Access directly into the expo is available from parking on the second level and walking over the bridge that connects the venue to the carpark. Public Transport: The closest bus stop to the venue is located at Tyrrell St at Council St. More information on bus and train services can be found on the Transport NSW website: https://transportnsw.info/plan Dress Code & ID The venue has a dress code that all attendees must adhere to on the day. For more information on this please visit their website. Being a licensed venue guests are reminded to bring their ID with them, children are permitted at the event but not on the gaming floor. Photography Photography and video will be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let one of our team members know on the day.
