🌿 Welcome to Friday Evenings Meditation and Sound Journeys at Soul Support Holistic Wellness Studio. Join us at the Soul Support Holistic Wellness Studio., nestled by Lake Macquarie, NSW, for our Friday evening Sound Journey sessions. These experiences are open to everyone aged 10 and above, designed to introduce you to our healing practices and guide you towards a zen mindset for the weekend. 💫 Children and teens (10 to 17 years old) must be supervised by a parent or guardian who is attending and should be able to remain still and quiet during the session for everyone's enjoyment. 💫 🌿 Session Structure • Welcome and session introduction • Meditation: Breath awareness to connect with your inner calm • 90 minutes of therapeutic sound featuring crystal bowls and gongs • Time for quiet integration and reflection • Journey close 🌿 Who will benefit? – EVERYONE 🙏🏼😊 Our sessions are crafted for those experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, sleep difficulties related to stress, grief, separation, depression, fear, or seeking a sound journey experience. Sessions complement psychological or medical treatment and are supportive for clients under professional care. Sound Journeys involve Shamanic drums, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, didgeridoos, flutes, and gongs for deep relaxation and stress release. Guided Meditation uses ancient techniques for mental clarity and emotional balance. 🌿 Important Information • Location: 18 Newcastle St Morisset, NSW, 2264 • Session Times: Fridays, 6:30 PM - 8PM • Limited to 6 spaces • Bookings via Humanititx. • Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to connect to the space and settle in. • Exchange Introductory Price: $30pp (adults), $10pp (children 10+) + Booking Fee • 🌿 What to Bring • Everything is supplied - yoga mat, blanket, pillow • Bring your own water bottle, Journal and pen • Layered clothing • Optional: Eye mask, small crystal for your own mat. 🌿 Refunds | Cancellations | Session Transfers • No refunds • Bookings are transferable to another Friday night, with at least 12 hours’ notice. • No Shows will forfeit full booking fee.
