Relax, breathe and let go of some steam Breathwork by the Beach - Newcastle Join us for a chilled, entry level in-person session of breathwork right by Mereweather beach! I It's all about relaxing, connecting with your breath, and letting off some stress. We aren't shaking out our deepest fears or fighting demons, we're just giving ourselves a space to destress, bring ourself out of our heads and back into our bodies :) This session is perfect for: • High functioning workers • Parents who want to come home calm and regulated • Someone who's been abit burnt out lately • Or someone who just wants to practice mindfulness and connect to a deeper part of yourself ! What to bring ? • A yoga mat, blanket and pillow • Drinking water • a Journal & pen to note down any breakthroughs Health conditions/contridications Although breathwork has many benefits, it also does have limitations, read below on any health concerns that may interfere with the efficacy of the breathwork or effect any medical conditions If you have any of the following, please check with your local doctor or GP before commencing • Have had any surgerys or injuries recently • have a known heart condition or high blood pressure • Have epilepsy or seizure disorders • Glaucoma or detached retina • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or any other psychiatric condition • Have Asthma • Have type 1 or type 2 diabetes • Are Pregnant
