What to Bring? Come exactly as you are - nervous, excited, frustrated, indifferent - I promise you are in great hands. Bring a water bottle, a journal and pen (incase you have any insights you want to jot down for yourself), a blanket or two to curl up in and a small / flat-ish pillow or towel to roll for under your head. Feel welcome to bring whatever will make you feel cosy! Mats and eye masks are provided. BYO blankets, pillows, bolster or anything else you may like to feel comfortable. Please wear whatever you are most cosy and comfortable in. Our session starts at 3:30PM - Please arrive 5 mins prior in order to get settled on the mat. Please ensure you fill out the waiver that is emailed to you upon booking (check your spam folder - or use the QR code found outside the studio door when you arrive.) CONTRAINDICATIONS: Breathwork is a safe and powerful modality, there are certain people who breathwork is not suitable for and certain conditions that will prevent you from being able to attend. Please read the below list and do not book if you have any of the following: · Cardiovascular problems · Abnormally high blood pressure · Chronic respiratory conditions · History of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures · Heavy Medications that alter brain chemistry ie anti-psychotic. · Severe asthma (for mild or moderate please bring your inhaler and advise me of your condition beforehand) · Severe mental illness · Psychosis, paranoia, schizophrenia or bipolar · Osteoporosis · Glaucoma · Recent Surgery · Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis or spiritual emergence within the last 3 years. · Currently pregnant If in doubt please reach out before you book as tickets are NON REFUNDABLE.
