This six week program introduces women to a spiritual understanding of being human and how curiosity, observation, and writing, supports a conscious relationship with our aliveness within. Learn the ‘basics’ about our spiritual operating system, write to prompts that take you deeper, and engage with the lived understanding that informs journal writing programs from Georgina Mavor.
