Heart & Hara | Yin & Reiki

Rooted in the wisdom of the hara and the openness of the heart ~ experience somatic yin and Reiki with Amy In this practice we'll be exploring the relationship between the hara and the heart ~ cultivating a sense of grounded presence before gradually inviting greater openness, ease and connection. As the body begins to soften, Reiki is gently offered throughout the practice, supporting the natural flow of energy and creating space for deep rest, balance and simply being. WHAT TO EXPECT: • Gentle mindful movement • Somatic yin yoga • Breathwork & meditation• Reiki throughout the practice • A different monthly intention Rather than striving or pushing deeper into postures, you'll be encouraged to move with curiosity, honour your body's wisdom and explore what feels supportive in each moment. Gentle movement is woven into the practice, allowing your body to settle naturally before resting into nourishing yin shapes. Each month will offer a different intention, inspired by the seasons, moon cycles and the rhythms of life, creating a space for grounding, reflection and gentle transformation.
