Life can feel heavy. Men go silent when they feel unheard. They start to drift & disappear. THE ANCHOR is a 3-week workshop to build the strength to hold steady without breaking. Not a motivational talk. Not therapy. A small room of 12 men, the same group each week, with practical tools to stay connected when it would be easier to check out. WEEK 2 - Nov 20: THE CHAIN (IMD Week) Trigger -> Thought -> Feeling -> Behaviour. While the world talks about men's mental health, we learn to catch the chain before we pass it on. WEEK 3 - Nov 27: THE REPAIR & THE STANDARD The Repair Formula. Your 3 Standards as a father. Commitment Cards and declaration to close. Includes printed Anchor Pack + wallet cards. Includes a 15-min Anchor Check phone call the week before we start (Nov 6-12). Just you and me, to make sure this is the right room for you.
