Do you want to clear the mental clutter in your mind but don’t know how? Join us for an uplifting workshop which combines mindfulness with laughter. Learn how to silence your monkey mind and release stress. Explore how laughter disrupts rumination, supports emotional regulation and brings us into the present moment. Expect a few giggles, aha moments and practical tips that you can use every day in your life. Presented by Janet Whitfield from Abundant Laughter.
