A break in your day to ground, deeply rest and connect within. Simply Sound is a small group sound journey for women held in my cosy home studio in Duncraig. Take a midday break of deep relaxation and time just for you. Settle in with oracle cards and essential oils, be guided with breath and visualisation and then lay straight down for a beautiful 45 minutes of sound using tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes and gong. The frequencies played during the sound bath allow your mind to switch off and your nervous system to relax for deep meditation, rest and restoration. Sound Meditation is a beautiful tool to ease stress or anxiety, to find a deeper connection to yourself and allow for a more embodied peace. Simply Sound is held fortnightly on Wednesday and Friday lunch time. I also hold other special events, private group sessions and 1:1 options. Love to have you along. Ali x
