Clay, Create & Connect Pottery for Wellbeing Tuesdays 9.30am – 12.30pm 5-Week Hand-Building Pottery Journey Slow down. Create. Connect. What if three hours each Friday became the most nourishing part of your week? Imagine arriving at a peaceful studio surrounded by nature, taking a deep breath, enjoying a cup of chai, and leaving the outside world behind. Your hands sink into soft clay. Your mind becomes quiet. Conversation flows naturally. There is no pressure to be perfect. No expectations. No experience required. Just permission to slow down, create and reconnect. Working with clay has been shown to encourage mindfulness, reduce stress and create a sense of calm. As your hands become busy, your nervous system has the opportunity to soften, allowing creativity to replace overthinking. This is more than learning pottery. It’s about making space for yourself. Over five inspiring weeks you’ll learn: Pinch Pot Building Coiling Slab Construction Surface Texture & Decoration Joining & Finishing Techniques Underglazes & Glazing Create beautiful functional and decorative pieces you’ll treasure for years. Each week gently builds on the last, so you’ll leave with both new skills and growing confidence.
