This intimate 90-minute experience combines restorative yin yoga with the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture to awaken the body, restore balance, and support your natural vitality. Guided by Katisha from ZenShine and Mac from Ocean Holistic, you'll be supported through long-held yin postures while carefully selected acupuncture points encourage the smooth flow of Qi, calm the nervous system, and help preserve Jing—the precious essence in Traditional Chinese Medicine associated with resilience, longevity, and vibrant health. This is an invitation to pause, soften, and create space for renewal.
