In critical situations such as stroke, seizures, and falls, early recognition and action are essential. This session will support carers to feel more confident in identifying warning signs and knowing what to do when it matters most. You’ll learn: 🧠 How to recognise the signs of stroke and respond quickly ⚡ What to do if someone is experiencing a seizure 🦶 Understanding and responding to falls and related risks 📞 When and how to call 000, and what information to provide ⏱️ Why the first minutes are critical in emergency situations This is a supportive, practical learning environment designed to build confidence and awareness.
