What Is New Earth Metta Breathwork? New Earth Metta Breathwork is a gentle self-healing practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and heart-brain coherence. Through guided breathing, music, body awareness, and fascial manoeuvres, participants are supported to access deeper states of relaxation and subconscious processing. Fascial manoeuvres can help release tension held within the body's connective tissue and have been shown to reduce stress levels by up to 75%.
