Sound & Breath

We are Pablo & Virginia, Sound Therapists and 550-hour Certified Yoga teachers based in Noosa. Sound & Breath is not a performance. There’s nothing to do right, nothing to achieve. You come to drop the filter of who you should be, and remember who you are. We begin with breathwork to open and release. Then sound takes over: crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, voice, and sacred instruments, guiding you into a place where the body knows everything is okay. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be ready. Just come as you are. ✨Please bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket (for covering as the body temperature may drop), a pillow, an eye mask, or anything that will provide you with comfort. ✨It is recommended not to eat anything two hours before the session. ✨Please inform us if you have a history of panic attacks, hypertension, any respiratory issues, or if you have any prosthetic devices or a pacemaker. ✨We suggest bringing an intention, something you'd like to work on, as sound and frequency can transform matter, so let's make the most of this opportunity 🙌🏼. You are also welcome to bring crystals or amulets 🧿 that you'd like to recharge with this beautiful energy on the altar. ✨The session will begin at 5:30 sharp, so it's advisable to arrive a little earlier to get comfortably settled 🙃.
