Take time for you 🌿 The Wellbeing Blend is a nurturing Essential Oils series designed to support you through your caring journey, with gentle ways to nurture self-care and manage stress and anxiety. Each session offers space to relax, connect, and explore simple, practical self-care using essential oils. Through guided, hands-on activities, you’ll create beautiful take-home items such as calming roller blends, bath products, lotions, and wearable oil-infused pieces—while learning easy ways to support your own wellbeing. Each topic in the series is offered twice within the month, giving you flexibility to attend on a date that suits you. Please check the session schedule below to find the dates for each topic. What to expect: • Practical self-care tools you can use every day • Techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation • Creative, sensory experiences • A relaxed, welcoming, and supportive environment • Step-by-step guidance with simple recipes • Take-home self-care creations • Gentle mindfulness and reflection • Connection with other carers No experience needed—just come as you are. And if you’d like to bring a friend, you’re most welcome to do that too. If you're not registered with Carer Gateway, you can call 1800 422 737 or drop into the Hub. We can help you register and access support. Please note: These sessions are especially for people who provide unpaid care to family members or friends, as recognised under the National Carer Recognition Act. This means the sessions are not suitable for paid carers, support workers or service providers, unless you also provide care for someone personally outside of your professional role.
