Come join us for an evening of movement, fresh air and good company at beautiful Noosa Spit. We’ll start with a relaxed Pilates session as the sun begins to dip — stretching, strengthening and moving together by the ocean. Afterwards, we’ll slow things down, hydrate, chat, connect and enjoy the sunset together. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or simply curious to try, come as you are. No pressure, no perfection — just good movement, good people and a beautiful way to end the day. Bring: your Pilates mat or a towel, something to hydrate, and yourself. Pilates first. Sunset & good company after. 🌅
