Sanctuary - Sound & Breath Journey

A gentle breathing and live medicine music experience, creating space for connection, release and rest. Welcome friends, Breath & Sound, an evening of Relaxation and Restoration. Yin Breathwork is a gentle and nurturing breathing practice designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with the body. Emotions and experiences that have not been fully processed can sometimes remain held within us, contributing to feelings of tension, disconnection and many other imbalances. Practices such as movement, yoga, therapy, meditation and other healing modalities can all help create space for these emotions to be acknowledged and moved through. The breath is one of the most accessible tools we have. Through slow, intentional breathing, Yin Breathwork offers an opportunity to gently turn inward, reconnect and allow space for whatever may be ready to soften, shift or release. Sound Medicine complements Yin Breathwork wonderfully, While the breath guides you inward, the sound vibrations deepen relaxation, quiet the mind and create space for deeper rejuvenation No previous breathwork experience is required. This practice is suitable for those seeking a gentle and supportive approach to emotional wellbeing and self-exploration.
