Saturday Kids Yoga at Yandina Markets 🌱 Fun, creative and empowering 45-minute kids yoga classes, designed especially for primary school-aged children. Saturday Kids Yoga is all about helping children move their bodies, understand their emotions, build confidence and inner strength, and discover practical tools to help them feel calmer, more resilient and more confident in themselves. Each class combines yoga, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, games and relaxation in a relaxed, supportive and playful environment. Across our Saturday sessions, we’ll explore different themes including: • Confidence and self-esteem • Managing big emotions • Resilience and inner strength • Gratitude and kindness • Positive self-talk and the power of our thoughts • Loving and respecting ourselves and our bodies • Mindfulness and calming techniques Each session will include a mix of kids yoga and mindful movement, breathing techniques, fun yoga games, reflection or mindfulness activities and guided relaxation — always presented in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Children don’t need any previous yoga experience — just come as you are, ready to move, breathe, play and have fun. Casual drop-ins are welcome, so children can come along for one Saturday or join us regularly. Pre-booking is encouraged to secure a place.
