From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and connection bingo cards before we start our morning movement of a Pilates class that will leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and full of endorphins. From there we will do a few beach games where you mix and mingle a little more as we beak out into teams.
